Designed by Dante Giacosa, the Fiat 500 features soft, rounded lines that give it undeniable charm. Its small size and balanced proportions give it an appearance that is both elegant and playful.
The Fiat 500 quickly captured the hearts of the public and became a symbol of Italy and the dolce vita, even appearing in iconic films. It became an integral part of Italian popular culture and left an indelible mark on the collective imagination.
It became an icon of style and freedom, representing the carefree and joyful lifestyle of 1960s Italy. It was featured in films such as “Roman Holiday” where it was driven by Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck, thus contributing to its international fame.
Beyond cinema, the Fiat 500 inspired artists, writers, and musicians who praised its aesthetic qualities and iconic character. Songs were written in its honor, and it became a frequent subject in artworks and photographs, testifying to its status as a cultural icon.
Italian elegance, meticulous proportions, and a line that is both soft and dynamic characterize the Fiat 850 Spider.
This small convertible is based on an original idea by Italian designer Bertone, with the young draftsman Giorgetto Giugiaro as its author. The “850 Spider” was presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1965 and was marketed during the summer of the same year. It immediately achieved resounding success in Italy as well as in all European countries, but especially in the United States where it was exported under the nickname “Little Ferrari.” Its original design and enticing performance made it an iconic model of its time.
Naomi - La 2CV
The Citroën 2CV, nicknamed the “Deudeuche”, is one of the most iconic cars in French automotive history. Designed in the 1930s by Pierre-Jules Boulanger and first presented in 1948, the 2CV was intended to be a simple, economical, and versatile car, suited to the needs of rural populations.
With its distinctive design and low-powered engine, the 2CV was originally designed to transport eggs without breaking them on the bumpy roads of the French countryside. It became very popular due to its reliability, ease of maintenance, and low purchase cost.
Over the years, the 2CV evolved to adapt to the changing needs of drivers. It underwent various versions and special editions, with technical and aesthetic improvements. Despite its production ending in 1990, the 2CV remains an iconic car and a symbol of Citroën’s creativity and ingenuity.
The vintage vehicles we offer are true gems of history, with their unmatched charm and elegance. However, it is important to note that these vehicles may have different characteristics from those you are accustomed to with modern cars.
In terms of comfort, vintage cars can sometimes be less spacious and offer fewer amenities than contemporary models. Similarly, their technology is often less advanced, with heavier steering, less sensitive brakes, and a lack of features such as air conditioning.
We invite you to consider these differences when making your reservation. If you are looking for an authentic and charming experience, our vintage cars are perfect for you.
